The case is supplied with an NFC authentication card, warranty card, instruction manual, velvet transport bag and universal EU, US, AU and UK power adaptor.
Wipe the exterior with a dry, soft cloth. No solvents and no leather feed — both do more harm than good on a coated finish. For the interior, lift the cushions out and use a soft brush rather than compressed air, which drives dust deeper into the lining. Nothing inside needs lubricating.
Two years on parts and labour from the day it arrives. Motor faults are replaced, not repaired at your cost. Cushions and adaptors are sold separately, so a worn part does not retire the whole unit.

Quiet for four motors
I genuinely expected four winding positions to make four times the noise. It does not, and I sleep in the same room.
Four turning is the whole point
Most cases at this level wind two and store the rest. I have six automatics and was tired of deciding which pair got to stay running. Four positions plus six slots covers the lot in one lid.
Seven-fifty suits mine
Three of my four sit exactly right on it. The fourth is a vintage piece that I hand wind anyway, so in practice it has never come up.
Ten watches, one place
Replaced a winder and two separate boxes. The desk looks considerably less like a shop counter now.
Storage slots are shallower than the winders
The winding side is excellent and I have no criticism of it. The six storage compartments are a little shallow for my thickest diver, which sits proud enough that the lid presses on it. My other watches are all fine, so it is one watch out of ten, but I noticed.
Cushions come out easily
Two of mine are on bracelets and go on without a fight, which was not the case with the box this replaced.
Suede lining is the real thing
Beige, soft, and it has not shed a single fibre onto a strap in eight months.
Everything visible at once
Lift the lid and the whole collection is in front of you. I had not appreciated how much time I lost opening three different things.
Check your surface first
Thirty centimetres across and twenty-three deep is more than it looks in a photograph. It did not fit the shelf I had in mind and now lives on a chest of drawers. Lovely thing, just measure before you order.
Lid is heavier than expected
It is a substantial thing and the lid comes with it. Nothing wrong with that, but it wants two hands the first few times and I was more careful than I needed to be.
The leather has worn in
Eight months and the corners have started to soften rather than scuff. It looks better than it did new.

Fair. So here is the test, and it takes five seconds: look at where your watches will sit tonight. A drawer, a dish, the edge of a sink. If that is the answer, this replaces it. If they already live somewhere you chose on purpose, you probably don't need us — and we would rather say so now than take the order.
