These are the four that reach us most often. If yours is one of them, you have the answer without waiting for us.
Cushions take cases from 36 mm to 46 mm, on leather, steel or thick rubber, without anything being forced — which covers the vast majority of automatics in circulation. If yours is unusually large, send us the measurement and we will tell you straight, including when the answer is no.
See the rangeCount the watches you actually wear in rotation, not the ones you own. One or two calls for a single or a dual; anything sitting idle is happier in a box, which needs no motor at all. If you are between two sizes, take the larger.

Delivery termsYou have thirty days to change your mind, and two years on the winder mechanism, parts and labour. Tell us what it is doing — a motor that has failed inside the warranty is replaced, not repaired at your expense.

The workshop
Every winder is unboxed in our Sussex workshop, set to the direction and the number of turns your calibre asks for, then left running for forty-eight hours while somebody listens to it. Anything that hums, ticks or drifts goes back in the crate. The card in your box carries the initials of whoever signed yours off.
The people
We are nine, in Lewes, East Sussex. Three came from watch servicing, the rest from retail — which is why nobody here reads from a card. Tell us what you wear and we will tell you what you need, including when that is the smaller model, or nothing at all.
