By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting content or purchasing goods, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

It must not be defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, infringing, obscene, malicious or contain personal data you are not authorised to share. You grant Zaviloo a non-exclusive licence to display, format and reproduce submitted content for operating and promoting the store. Zaviloo may moderate unlawful or policy-breaching content.
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Typographical errors or omissions relating to descriptions, availability, pricing, promotions or delivery may be corrected. If a material correction affects an order, Zaviloo will contact the customer and provide the rights required by law.
You must not scrape the website contrary to applicable law or technical restrictions; impersonate another person; submit false information; collect another person's data without authority; send spam; introduce malware; bypass access controls; misuse reviews; infringe intellectual property; or use the services for fraud or illegal activity.
Zaviloo does not promise uninterrupted website availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaviloo is not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for purely commercial losses suffered by a consumer. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer law or any liability that cannot be excluded.
Business users agree to compensate Zaviloo for reasonable losses caused by their unlawful use of the website or material breach of these Terms. This clause does not apply to consumers beyond what the law permits.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue.
Zaviloo may suspend access for serious or repeated breach, fraud, security risk or legal requirement. Provisions intended to survive termination, including intellectual-property and liability provisions, remain effective.
These Terms, the Terms of Sale and linked policies form the agreement governing use of the store. Terms governing a purchase take priority where there is a conflict concerning that purchase.
French law governs these Terms, without depriving UK consumers of mandatory protections available in their place of residence.
Zaviloo may update these Terms for legal, operational or security reasons. The date above identifies the latest version. Changes do not retrospectively alter accepted orders.
