Three years on parts and labour from the day it arrives. Motor faults are replaced, not repaired at your cost. Cushions and adaptors are sold separately, so a worn part does not retire the whole unit.

The Greenwich is a sphere on a slender tripod: a clear acrylic dome over a spiral guilloché dial, ringed with soft LED light. It turns at 10 dB, quieter than a whisper, so it belongs on the bedside table, not in a cupboard.
Two winding modes, one press to switch: a gentle cycle for most automatics, a frequent one for watches that need more. Anti-magnetic: your watch is shielded from the motor's field. Open the dome, it stops; close it, it starts again: no switch to think about. Mains or built-in battery: put it wherever you like.
