Three years on parts and labour from the day it arrives. Motor faults are replaced, not repaired at your cost. Cushions and adaptors are sold separately, so a worn part does not retire the whole unit.
30-day returns, gift-boxed as standard. Mon–Fri, 9–5, a person answers. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Loose in a wash bag, a watch knocks against the razor and its neighbour. In the case, each one keeps its own place until you unpack, and arrives as it left.

Leather is soft but not floppy
Enough structure to hold its shape empty, enough give to close comfortably when full.
Light tan marks early
The making of it is very good and I have no issue there. The lighter leather picks up marks in the first few weeks before it settles into a patina, and if you were hoping for it to stay pristine it will not. Mine looks better now than it did at a month, but the middle stage was not pretty.

The whole point was stopping them knocking together and it does that properly. Separate compartments, not one pouch with a flap.
Goes in the carry-on
Small enough that I stopped noticing it was in the bag. Two watches for a week away without a second thought.
Better than the single for me
I bought the one-watch version first and found I was always leaving something behind. The two is barely bigger and solves it. If you are hesitating, get this one.

For someone who travels more than I do. Same quality out of the box.
Neat solution
Two watches, one small thing in the bag.
Good case, snug fit
Two dress watches go in comfortably. Two divers do not, or at least mine do not without more persuasion than I am willing to use on them. I now travel with one of each and it works fine, but if both your watches are chunky I would look at the six.
A year of monthly trips
Corners have softened, nothing has split, and both watches are unmarked.
Strap divider is thin
It does keep them apart, but the divider between the two compartments is softer than I expected and will fold if you pack it badly. Not a fault exactly, more something to be aware of when you load it.

It has never come loose in a bag, which is the one thing I was unsure about.
